- Support workers must be properly documented with:
- Business name/worker name
- ABN
- Roster of hours during STA period
Funding and Costs
- Total combined costs (accommodation, meals, activities + supports) must align with maximum STA line item in Price Guide
- All formal supports must invoice under the STA line item
- Meal allowances only cover NDIS participants, not support workers
- Non-disability related expenses are not covered (entrance fees, activities, event tickets)
