General Description
MediStays standard and wheelchair accessible NDIS MTA and STA.
If you need a standard or wheelchair accessible property for accommodation related to your disability, MediStays MTA and STA is an excellent option.
Short Term Accommodation is perfect if you are needing to live out of home for a short period. MediStays provides you with trusted accommodation, giving you a chance to try new things. You can book this accommodation to give your informal supports a break.
Medium Term Accommodation can support you if you need bridging accommodation while you wait for permanent long-term housing. You might be leaving hospital and need accommodation until you can move into Specialist Disability Housing (SDA). Your home might be undergoing modifications to make it accessible, and you need accommodation while the building works are undertaken.
MediStays provides you with trusted and secure MTA and STA at this fully self-contained property. The entire property is wheelchair accessible, with accessible access to your apartment. It is fully self-contained with a kitchen* and laundry. The bathroom is a roll-in style with an open, roll-in shower. Simply arrive with your personal items, and we provide a private, peaceful and fully furnished place to stay.
If you need assistive technology, please inform us of your individual requirements. We will assist you to ensure everything is in place and ready for your arrival.
If you are waiting for SDA or home modifications, this property provides everything needed until you move in.
Medium and Short Term Accommodation does not include personal care supports. At MediStays, we provide flexibility for your trusted disability supports to meet your individual needs.
