This property features 8 spacious apartments each comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living area with laundry and study nook and a balcony with a view.

The apartments will be suitable to accommodate either 1 or 2 SDA qualifying residents (subject to SDA funding). Residents qualifying for High Physical Support (HPS), Fully Accessible (FA) or Improved Livability (IL) in their plan are welcome to apply. 

Great onsite community facilities including community rooms, community balcony and a roof top deck. Each apartment will also include high quality kitchen appliances, microwave, front load washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Healthscope Independence Services are onsite 24 hours per day/7 days per week to provide the Onsite Overnight Support. 

Each apartment has built automation ready should this be required for the resident. Each house is also built with ceiling hoist provisions already in place should installation be required for the resident.
