We are delighted to support you attend the Deaf Festival Sydney - an incredible event celebrating Australia's deaf culture! This event is an exciting opportunity to connect with the deaf community. Simply request a MediStays STA Package to attend the Deaf Festival Sydney. ​

This event provides an array of opportunities including the ability to watch performances, participate in workshops and activities and enjoy delicious food.

• ​ Additional events and outings can also be added to your respite stay.​
• Bookings are also available either side of the event if you wish to stay longer.

There is so much to offer at the festival including watching performances by deaf artists. You can also wander shops and meet stallholders of your favourite deaf providers and participate in some friendly competitions.

MediStays Short Term Accommodation (STA) packages support you to experience your NDIS goals. To celebrate this event, we have a range of properties in Sydney and surrounds. Short term accommodation includes wheelchair accessible properties and those with standard facilities. We empower you to use your chocie and control and decide if you prefer to stay alone, with informal supports or formal support workers of your choice. The option is yours!

​Keen to increase your independence and engage in community? You can arrange your own meals or enjoy meals onsite.​

MediStays provides you with trusted short term accommodation, giving you a chance to try new things. You can book this accommodation to give your informal supports a break, or you can stay together. At MediStays, we provide flexibility for you to arrange informal or formal supports to meet your individual needs.

​Under the NDIS Guidelines, your MediStays STA can be booked for your chosen length of stay, usually up to 14 days at a time. Funding may be used from your Core Budget if it helps you to achieve your goals. For questions about your funding and approval, please contact your NDIS Support Coordinator or LAC.

• Submit REQUEST to receive a quotation and Service Agreement.
• Bookings are confirmed when the Service Agreement is signed.
