Lonsdale @ Bayley House provides NDIS Medium Term Accommodation in a wheelchair accessible home. The home includes five comfortable bedrooms, two shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen and lounge, in Hampton East.

MediStays wheelchair accessible NDIS Medium Term Accommodation (MTA). If you need a wheelchair accessible property for interim accommodation related to your disability, MediStays MTA is an excellent option.

Medium Term Accommodation can support you if you need bridging accommodation while you wait for permanent long-term housing. You might be leaving hospital and need accommodation until you can move into Specialist Disability Housing (SDA). Your home might be undergoing modifications to make it accessible, and you need accommodation while the building works are undertaken.

MediStays in partnership with Bayley House provides you with trusted and secure MTA at this fully wheelchair accessible shared home with five private bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a spacious open-plan, height adjustable kitchen, an entertainment lounge, outdoor courtyard area and laundry. The bathrooms are roll-in style with an open, roll-in shower.

You can cook independently, or meals can be provided (additional costs apply as per NDIS Price Guide). There are TVs in each bedroom and a large shared lounge, with TV, streaming service and cable channels. There is a laundry on-site, with the flexibility to do your own washing or to use the washing service provided.

Simply arrive with your personal items, and we provide a private, peaceful and fully furnished place to stay.

If you need assistive technology, please inform us of your individual requirements. We will assist you to ensure everything is in place and ready for your arrival.

If you are waiting for SDA or home modifications, this property provides everything needed until you move in.

Medium Term Accommodation doesn't include personal care supports if they are needed during your stay. At MediStays, we provide flexibility for you to arrange informal or formal supports to meet your individual needs. You can also stay at this property with your family and loved ones.

Under the NDIS Guidelines, MediStays bookings are usually made for stays up to 90 nights.

Extensions can be requested for any length of stay (when approved by your Planner). For questions about your funding and approval, please contact your NDIS Support Coordinator, LAC or Early Childhood Planner.

Each bedroom has a double bed for individual occupancy. Fully accessible for wheelchair and walker users. The bedroom and bathroom door widths are 850mm wide.
